Praemittuntur, 'Postquam auctor exemplar unum scripsisset, exscriptores plura scripserunt, errata ergo in exscriptione, si quae sint, corrigat prudens lector, exscriptor enim est qui hoc scripsit.'
'Quanquam in his scriptis contra plures loqui videor, ex his tamen qui juxta me degunt non est nisi unus qui maxime invehit, ut omnino illicitum contra debitum civile de quo hic tractatur, multi enim mecum consentiunt, quod et verbis et simul scriptis testantur.' ff. 1-27.
