1. A catalogue of Medical and miscellaneous books classed according to subjects. ff. 1-77.
2. Author catalogue of books, arranged alphabetically, to which the following title is given in the MS. Sloane Catalogue, 'Catalogus librorum medicorum, chirurgicorum, chimicorum, et philosophicorum, ex bibliotheca Danielis Haeringhook. ff. 78-105.
3. Entries of the Nativities of various persons in alphabetical order. The latest date is 1668. ff. 106-127.
4. A long poem in six-line stanzas, intitled, 'Much adoe about somethinge, or rather Much adoe about Nothinge', addressed to a lady by a citizen of London; with prefatory verses 'To the Reader', and an 'Epilogue'. ff. 128-159.
The prefatory verses begin, 'If gentle reader yow expect In this my pamphlet some select'.
The poem, 'What! have I heere a ladie poet found?
At the end are added two stanzas 'In commendation of the Author'.
