a. Apology for failings in payments which should have been made by the Parliament of England, in pursuance of the Treaty. f. 24b.

b. Demand that no protections be granted to delinquents, or capitulations made without the consent of the Parliament of England or their Committees. f. 24.
Begin: — 'Wee the Commissioners of the Parlyament of England have in command from both Houses to let your Lordships know that all Protections already given — '
c. Demand that Carlisle be dismantled. f. 23b.
d. Garrisons required to be removed from Warkworth Castle, Tynemouth Castle, Newcastle upon Tyne, Hartlepoole, Stockton Castle and Thirlwall Castle. f. 23 b.
e. The Committee of the Estates of Scotland invited to send Commissioners to be present at the adjusting of accounts respecting assessments for quarter, between the Scotch Army and the following places: Yorkshire, the city and county of York, Northumberland, the borough of Berwick upon Tweed, Cumberland, Westmoreland, the county of Durham, and the county of Newcastle upon Tyne. f. 23.
