'Sent by the above named Hamet Beniafar, who departed hense on the 28th, instant, and carryed with him likewise a translation of this in Arabeck, which was don by a Moore called Mahamet Arnuse, whoe [came] with Mr. Jones upon the Ketch from Bozemos, sent as an agent from the Alcayde of Arras to treate of articles of peace and trade; which see in the following pages.'
