Collection of Alchymical notes and treatises; among which the following may be distinguished: —
1. 'Tabula smaragdina, or the table of emerald sayd to be found in the sepulcher of Hermes.' ff. 10b-23. The Latin version was printed in 8vo., 1608.
2. 'A vision in a dream which Ben Adam had in the time of Rucharez's raigne, King of Adamah; published by Floretus a Bethabor — with another treatise of Frederick Gall his journey to the hermitage of S Michael 1648.' ff. 24-28.
3. 'Questions in philosophie, with theire aunswers, moste secrett.' ff. 29-47.
Beginning, 'Sir I have commended to your worshipp a confirmation of those poyntes of philosophie that we latlye conferred upon touching the elixer.'
4. 'A booke named the breviary of Philosophie compiled by the unlettered scholler Thomas Charnock studious in the most worthy science of astronomie and philosophie A.D. 1557, 1 Januarii, et exscriptum 28 Martii 1601.' ff. 48-57.
