- Trading permit in Persian issued by King Chandrawizaya (r. 1710-1731) of the kingdom of Mrauk U in Arakan in Myanmar (Burma), to the Armenian merchant Khwajeh Georgin in Chennaipattana (Madras), granting permission to trade in elephants and ivory, dated in the Burmese era 14 Sha‘bān sanat 1090 Magi (1728).A full translation of this letter is given in Khazeni (2018).This is a Persian translation of the same trading permit written in Burmese on a long piece of palm leaf, and stamped with the same seal (Sloane MS 4098).
