From Peniston Lamb, Viscount Melbourne, to Robert Hillier of Lambeth, co. Surr., gent., and executor of the will of Robert Payne of St Clement Danes, co. Midd., bookseller, deceased. Recites: lease of 20 Dec. 1792, lease of 31 Aug. 1801, articles of agreement of 19 Nov. 1807 and indenture of 9 May 1812. (45/6/20).
