A fair hand copy, dated 24 January 1850, entitled 'Copy Settlement by the very Rev. Dr. Gaisford Dean of Christchurch Oxford of Real Estates in the County of Wiltshire on the Marriage of his Son Captain Thomas Gaisford with Miss H H Fielding [sic]'. William Henry Fox Talbot is one of the witnesses to the document, as is J H Bolton.
Note: the mis-spelling of Feilding as 'Fielding' appears on the front cover and on the title page, but is written correctly in the body of the copy document.
