Lead seal.
Obverse: the Mother of God standing, wearing a tunic (chiton) and a veil (maphorion), and holding the Child before her: her left hand is placed on the left shoulder of Christ, her right hand under His feet; cross potent on either side; wreath border.
Reverse: bust of Heraclius at left, and a smaller bust of Heraclius Constantine at right, each wearing a crown and a chlamys fastened on the right shoulder with a fibula. Heraclius is shown with a beard of short length and the ends of the hair curl outward; Heraclius Constantine is beardless; in right upper field, cross; circular inscription beginning at left; wreath border.
Obverse: No inscription. Reverse: Domini nostri Heraclius et Heraclius Constantinus perpetui augusti.
Translation: Reverse: Our lords Heraclius and Heraclius Constantine, eternal emperors (augusti).
