Obverse: bust of St Theodore, nimbate, holding a spear in the right hand and a shield in the left; inscription in columns on either side; border of dots.
Reverse: inscription of 5 lines preceded by a cross on a separate line; border of dots.
Obverse: Ὁ ἅγιος Θεόδωρος. Reverse: Σφραγὶς Κωνσταντίνου τοῦ Λακαπήνου.
Translation: Obverse: Saint Theodore. Reverse: Seal of Constantine Lacapenus.
