Obverse: cruciform invocative monogram with letters in the quarters; wreath border.
Reverse: inscription of 5 lines; wreath border.
Obverse: Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ. Reverse: Κωνσταντίνῳ πατρικίῳ βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ Σικελίας.
Translation: Obverse: Mother of God aid your servant. Reverse: Constantine patrician (patrikios) imperial first sword-bearer (protospatharios) and general (strategos) of Sicily.
