Lead seal, on the obverse, cruciform invocative monogram with letters in the quarters; wreath border. On the reverse, inscription of 3 lines preceded and followed by decorative elements; wreath border.
Obverse: Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ δούλῳ σοῦ.
Reverse: Θεοδώρῳ χαρτουλαρίῳ.
Translation:
Obverse: Mother of God aid your servant.
Reverse: Theodore registrar (chartoularios).

Materials: Lead. The seal is completely corroded and as of today illegible. Description, reading, and dating of the seal stem from Birch’s catalogue and from the electrotype of the seal (Seal cxii 119 and 120).
