Lead seal, completely disintegrated and turned into dust. The below description is based on the electrotypes (Seal cxii 151 and 152) of the seal made in the 19th century
On the obverse cruciform invocative monogram with letters in the quarters; border of dots. On the reverse, metrical inscription of 5 lines (dodecasyllable with a caesura after the 7th syllable) beginning with a cross, the last line between decorative elements; border of dots.
Obverse: Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ.
Reverse: + Γεωργίῳ εὐτελεῖ διοικητῇ ἀμήν.
Translation:
Obverse: Mother of God aid your servant
Reverse: + George unworthy tax collector (dioiketes). Amen.
