Lead seal. Obverse: circular invocative inscription placed between two dotted circles and preceded by a cross; at the centre, bust of undetermined saint flanked by an illegible inscription in columns.
Reverse: circular inscription placed between two dotted circles and preceded by a cross; at the centre, bust of the Virgin with both hands raised in prayer; sigla on either side (with tongues of fire?).
Obverse: + Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ. Reverse: + ... μοναχῷ τῷ ...
Translation: Obverse: Mother of God aid your servant. Reverse: ... monk ...
