Lead seal. Obverse: St. Theodore standing holding a spear in his right hand and shield in his left hand, vertical inscription in column on either side; border of dots.
Reverse: inscription of 7 lines beginning with a cross; border of dots.
Obverse: Ὁ ἅγιος Θεόδωρος. Reverse: + Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Θεοδώρῳ πατρικίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ τῷ Ἀντιοχείτῃ.
Translation: Obverse: St. Theodore. Reverse: Lord aid your servant Theodore Antiochites patrician (patrikios) and governor (strategos).
