Imperfect at the end (in Romans 16:20) and elsewhere.
Some repairs use fragments from other leaves; f. 364 almost totally cut away.
Chapters start on new lines, and chapter numbers are inset into the text space.
Decoration:
1 zoomorphic initial, in colours, at the beginning of Genesis (f. 5v). Large puzzle initials in red and blue, with infill and flourishing in the same colours, at the beginning of other books and prologues; the general prologue and beginning of Psalms accompanied by a partial border (ff. 1r, 189v). Small initials alternately red or blue with flourishing in the other colour. Chapter numbers and running titles in characters alternately red or blue.

Dimensions: 165 x 110 mm (text space 110 x 65 mm in two columns).
Foliation: ff. iv + 386 (ff. i-iv and 383-386 are flyleaves).
Collation: Uncertain due to the tightness of the binding.
Script: Gothic, written 'below top line'.
Binding: Post-1600. Burney binding of blind-tooled brown leather; the joints repaired; f. 383 has a watermark 'C A W'; before 1817.
