ff. 1-98v: Nicholas de Aquavilla: Sermons for Sundays of the year. First four sermons are missing due to loss of five folios. Inc. "qualiter Johannem baptistam in deserto petrum in crucis patibulo... (end of Sermon for 3rd Sunday of Advent. Expl. "gloria, laus, requies, amor et concordia dulcis.... Expliciunt sermones de temporali per totumannum secundum Nicolaum de Aquavilla alis Lugdunensis (!). Content and order of sermons is the same as given by Schneyer 4, 189-194 with num. 52 omitted.
ff. 98v-99r: Various notes: Exegetical excerpts, followed by mnemonic verses on the books of the Bible (Inc. "Pentatheu genesis exoque levi" ed. McRoberts (1968), 148.); further exegetical extracts on the Psalms ending incomplete.
Decoration: Blue initials with red pen-flourishing in the margins, occasionally with figural elements.

Dimensions: 290 x 195 mm (text space 210 x 145 mm in two columns).
Foliation: ff. 99 (with 3 paper flyleaves at the beginning and 2 at the end of the volume). Medieval pagination in lower right hand corner of leaves, Burney pagination upper right corner. Five folios are missing from the beginning of the volume, medieval foliation starts with "vi" and first three sermons of advent are missing.
Script: Gothic cursive (Anglicana).
Binding: Post-1600. Burney binding.
