Written in three columns of consistent width (ff. 1v-6v in two columns). The horizontal rulings are in brown, while the verticals are usually blind-ruled.
Decoration:
2 large zoomorphic initials, in red, blue, green, and yellow (ff. 7v, 9r). 1 diagram showing a schematised family tree from David to Christ (f. 8v). Small initials in plain red.

Foliation: ff. iii + 111 (ff. i-iii and 109-111 are flyleaves).
Collation: i-iv8 (ff. 1-32), v4+1 (4th leaf inserted, the verso blank, ff. 33-37), vi-xiii8 (ff. 38-101), xiv8-1 (last leaf missing, probably blank, ff. 102-108).
Script: Protogothic, with a change of scribe from f. 38r.
Binding: BL/BM in-house. Rebound in 1962.
