Foliation: ff 292. Nine unfoliated paper flyleaves at the beginning and eleven at the end.

Ruling: 230 x 150 mm. Leroy D 02D1, 30 lines.
Binding: Early 19th century binding of brown calf (rebacked 1914).

Provenance:
Written during Lent 1548 (colophon, f 291v). The watermark of a ladder is similar to Briquet 5929, dated Lucca 1547.
Inscribed `sono carte no 291', f 292v.
Charles Burney (b. 1757, d. 1817), D.D., classical scholar: in his collection by 1812.
Acquired by the British Museum as part of Burney’s library from his son Charles Parr Burney in 1818.
