The Benedictine Abbey of St-Benigne, Dijon: no. 230 (bound with Berlin, Staatsbibliothek, MS. Hamilton 517), in the 1653 inventory (from which is taken the list in Bernard de Montfaucon, Bibliotheca Bibliothecarum Manuscriptorum nova …, 2 vols (Paris: Briasson, 1739); the present manuscript is listed in II, 1284).
Unidentified owner, 18th century: inscribed in pencil 'Rue de Condé No. 4.' (f. i verso, lower left corner).
Charles Burney (b. 1757, d. 1817), D.D., classical scholar.
Acquired by the British Museum as part of Burney’s library from his son Charles Parr Burney in 1818.
