Foliation: ff 29 (f 29 is a modern paper flyleaf).
Dimensions: 180 x 130 mm.
Ruling: 130 x 85 mm. Leroy P2 00D1 (e.g. ff 26r, 28r), 15 lines per page.
Collation: i-ii10 (ff 1-20); iii10-2 (9th-10th leaves, probably blank; ff 21-28).
Binding: British Museum, 1938. Half bound; red edges.
Decoration: Full border, in colours and gold in a geometric pattern, f 1r (perhaps added later), small simple brown initials.
Scribe: Niccolò della Luna (Speranzi 2010, p. 201).
