Foliation: ff 226. Four unfoliated paper flyleaves and one unfoliated parchment flyleaf at the beginning, one unfoliated parchment flyleaf four unfoliated paper flyleaves at the end.
Dimensions: 270 x 195 mm.
Ruling: 195 x 120 mm. Leroy 30D1, 30 lines.
Binding: Post-1600. Burney binding of polished brown calf.
Decoration: Foliate headpiece in reddish-brown and brown (f 2r). Other simpler reddish-brown headpieces (ff 79r, 154r, 197v). Large and small reddish-brown initials, some with foliate penwork decoration.
Scribe: Γεώργιος Τριβιζίας (Repertorium 1A, no. 73).

Inscription of Nathanael, hieromonk, f 2r: ἐκ τῶν Ναθαναήλου ἱερομονάχου ἐξ.ἐ..θη.τοῦ χυκὸς(?)
? 17th century inscription, f 226r: Νικόλαος Τραντάφυλλος ὁ φαίαξ υἱὸς τοῦ ποτε Ὑπατίου ἀνεψιὸς πρὸς πατρὸς τοῦ ποτε Σταμματίου ἱερέως.
'XVIII' inscribed on the lower edge.
Charles Burney (b. 1757, d. 1817), D.D., classical scholar (f. iv is a leaf of Burney paper with the watermark 'W Turner & Son').
Acquired by the British Museum as part of Burney’s library from his son Charles Parr Burney in 1818.
