Decoration: 5 diagrams (ff. 5v, 7v, 13v, 19v, 58v). 5 large initials in blue, with elaborate predominantly red (with some blue) penwork infill and flourishing, forming partial borders (ff. 1r, 18v, 30r, 50r, 67r). Small initials alternately red with blue flourishing, or vice versa. Paraphs alternately blue or red.

Foliation: ff. iv + 83 (ff. i-iv, 81-83 are flyleaves; f. 80 is Burney's table of contents).
Collation: i-v10 (ff. 1-50), vi10-1 (last leaf cancelled; 51-59), vii-viii10 (ff. 60-79).
Script: Gothic. Catchwords.
Much damaged by purple mould at the beginning and end, hence the bifolia of the first and last quires are now split into singletons.
Binding: BM/BL in-house. Rebound in 1965.
