Justin, Epitome historiarum Pompeii Trogi, annotated with contemporary marginal headings (ff. 2r-103v); An incomplete anonymous alphabetical index, from Arbactus to Becta urbs (ff. 104r-104v).
The MS is a palimpsest, the lower text appears to be an 11th-century Italian sacramentary (ff. iv recto-107v).
Spaces left for coloured initials.
Book numbers in red ‘L.I.’.-‘L.xxxii’ in the upper margin as far as f. 81r.

Dimensions: 320 x 220 mm (text space 215 x 135 mm), in 31 lines. Vertical rulings in leadpoint, horizontal in ink.
Foliation: ff. v + 110 (ff. i-iii, 108-110 are flyleaves). Sporadic 15th-century red ink foliation 'f.4.'-'f.26.'. 18th-century ink foliation 1-103.
Collation: Collation impractical. Some leaf signatures.
Script: Written 'below top line' in humanistic script, apparently by several scribes; in part by Angelo Fegacio, with his colophon.
Binding: Post-1600. Burney binding of polished diced calf, rebacked.
