Dimensions: 280 x 205 mm (text space 180 x 105 mm), usually 30 lines, but variable. Ruled in leadpoint.
Foliation: ff. ii + 135 (ff. i-ii, 133-135 are flyleaves). Burney pagination 1-259.
Collation: Based on catchwords: i-xi10 (ff. 1-110), thereafter uncertain.
Script: Written 'above top line' in gothic script by three(?) scribes, mainly (ff. 1r-115r) by Johannes Stephani de Colognora, with his colophon.
Binding: Post-1600. Burney binding of polished calf; rebacked.

Regnante M(agnifico) d(omi)no Ceccho de Ordelaffis. An(no) d(omini) mcccco tertio et die Quintadecima Noue(m)bris.
