ff. 1-19v: Pseudo-Boethius, De disciplina scolarium with marginal commentary.
f. 19v: Hexametric verses about sexual intercourse. Incipit. "In coitu sex damna luo: nam denarium do / humorem bonum proprio de corpore fundo / apochopo vitam, studium cum nomine perdo / his addendo duo cerebrum cum lumine perdo / actus cur talis non sit noster specialis" with commentary.

Decoration: Red initials with penwork decoration, some with pen-flourishing in red or blue, and ink flourished initials. A zoomorphic line filler (f. 19v). Maniculae.
Binding: BM/BL in-house. Rebound in 1971.
