Dimensions: 228 x 165 mm (text space 150 x 95 mm in onecolumn).
Foliation: ff. ii + 135 (ff. i and 135 are modern paper flyleaves, ff. ii and 134are former marbled endpapers; ff. 1 and 133 are parchment flyleaves)
Script: Gothic cursive. Same hand as, and probably originally bound with,Burney 287 with very similar mis-en-page, decoration, and flyleaf notations.
Binding:BM/BL binding. Rebound in 1962; yellow edges. - Custodial History:

? John Brand (b. 1744, d. 1806), antiquary and topographer (inscribed in pencil‘Gregory the 1st Dialogues, Compleat, Wrote about/ Anno Domini 1400 in theCourt Hand’, f. 1r); for similar notations see Burney 39, 287, 288, 307?, and323, and Add. MS 18601.
