Dimensions: 265 x 175 mm (text space 195 x 130 mm in two columns with intercolumnium of 15 mm).
Foliation: ff. 133 (where f. 1 is a modern paper flyeleaf preceded by 5 unfoliated modern paper flyleaves, 2 unfoliated modern paper flyeleaves at the end of the volume). A gathering of approximately six folios is missing between ff. 128-129 with some text loss.
Script: Two hands: ff. 1-132: late-14th-century Gothic book script; ff. 132-133v: 15th-century Gothic cursive (Anglicana).
Binding: Post-1600. Brown calf.
