Binding: Post-1600 binding. Light brown leather, 18th century, rebacked; bordertooled in gold.

Provenance:
Formerly bound with Burney137, 265 and 272, which have similar scripts and the same annotator; one of thetexts in Burney 137 was written by 'Bolfgangus' (?) in 1473 (f. 60r), and Burney272 includes a charter in German dated Melk, Saint George's day 1399.
Included in the anonymous sale ‘A gentleman oftaste: Manuscripts etc. purchased on late tour of the Continent’ 1 May 1804,lot 69, (bound with Burney 137, 272, and 352, when the order of texts wasVergil, Cicero, Terence, Valla), bought by Burney.
