ff. 1r-19r: Richard Rolle, Judica me Deus, begins ‘Judica me Deus… – A Deo, qui scrutatur et renes et cor, volo judicari.’ (pritned in Daly (1984), pp. 1-79)
ff. 19v-31v: De duodecim utilitatibus tribulationis, begins ‘Da mihi Domine auxilium – O anima tribulata et a Deo temptata....’ (Cf. Barratt (1983), p. 26)
ff. 32r-50v: Hugo of Balma, Mystica theologia (Triplex via Syon), begins ‘Viae Syon lugent eo quod non sint qui veniant – Licet enim verbum dixerit Ieremias...’ ends ‘...Quantus sit in gloria det nobis Deus gaudium amoris in perpetuum in coelesti patria. Amen.’ ‘Explicit liber intitulatus vie Syon.’
ff. 51r-55v: Ps.-Bonaventure, Meditatio, begins ‘Anima Dei insignita imagine Salvatoris pio cruore redempta creaturis ceteris singulari dignitate praerogata...’ ends ‘...Clamans ergo cum sponsa , sanctorum animas adjurare non cesses : Filiae Jerusalem nuntiate dilecto, quia amore langueo’ (cf. Doctoris seraphici S. Bonaventurae opera omnia, (Quaracchi, 1910), vol. 10,. p. 28. Number 81.)
ff. 55v-59v: ‘Contritio Beati Bernardi,’ begins ‘O quam vehementi amplexu amplexastis me....’ ends ‘...conditore quicquid creaverat recreavit cui sit honor et Gloria per omnia secula seculorum’.
Decoration: Initials of various sizes in red with blue and green foliate decoration (ff. 1r, 19v), the first with zoomorphic features; or in red and blue, with brown penwork decoration (e.g. ff. 51r, 55v); or in red with brown penwork decoration (e.g. f. 32r); or in plain blue. Paraphs alternately red or blue.
