Despatch No.4 of 1830 (PC 708, Draft 162), dated 10th February 1830, Bengal Public Circular regarding the delays and other irregularities in the Government of India's correspondence with the Court of Directors of the East India Company, as well as with its subordinate functionaries.
Correspondence between the Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the East India Company, and Lord Ellenborough of the India Board, regarding the delays which occur in the communication between the Court of Directors and the local Governments of India, 28th July 1829 to 17th December 1829, and including a Memorandum on the forms to be observed in official correspondence with the Department of His Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, dated Foreign Office, 21st September 1829.
