This part of the manuscript contains the following:
- 'Psalter of St Jerome', rubric: 'Incipit psalterium S. Jeronimi', incipit: 'Verba mea auribus', with a litany (ff. 37r-51r) and two prayers: 'Oracio. Dona michi queso' (ff. 35v-36r) and 'Oracio. Suscipe Domine Deus' (ff. 51v-52v) (ff. 4r-52v).
- Five Prayers on the Passion, rubric: 'Orationes de Passione Domini':
- a prayer attributed to Gregory the Great, incipit: 'Domine Iesu Xriste adoro te in cruce pendentem' (ff. 53r-54v);
- a prayer perhaps composed for Sigismund I (see Borkowska, Królewskie Modlitewniki (1999)), incipit: 'Omnipotens sempiterne Deus qui unigenitum filium tuum' (ff. 55v-58v);
- incipit: 'Deus misericordis Deus clemens (ff. 58v-61r);
- incipit: 'Deus qui es sanctorum tuorum splendor (ff. 61r-62r);
- incipit: 'Benedictio benedicat me imperialis maiestas patrie' (ff. 62r-63r);

3 full-page miniatures in gold and colours: St Jerome writing (f. 3v); Sigismund I receiving holy communion from Christ as the Vir Dolorum (f. 59r); Sigismund I adoring the Virgin Assunta (f. 65v). 2 historiated initial 'C'(lementissime) in colours and gold of Christ showing his wounds (f. 73r) and 'C'(orpus) of an Eucharistic chalice with a host (f. 75r). Full and partial borders with candelabre-ornaments (ff. 3v, 4r, 53r, 54v, 55v, 58v, 59r, 61r, 62r, 63r, 65v, 66r, 68v, 72r, 73r, 75r, 78r). Large initials in gold on coloured grounds, at the beginning of major divisions and prayers. Small initials and line-fillers in gold on coloured grounds. Text blocks framed with gold cordelières.
