Collection of prayers entitled: 'Ad recte obeundum munus regium', incipit: 'Omnipotens sempiterne Deus a quo omne datum', including suffrages to saints (ff. 204r-217r), and two added prayers: 'Oratio S. Gregorii papae' and 'Oratio efficax tempore pestis' (ff. 224r-224v).
Two parchment leaves with notes relating to the royal family of Sigismund I and Bona Sforza are inserted between the paper leaves containing the prayers (ff. 203, 217).
Decoration:
6 full-page miniatures in colours and gold of saints: Michael (f. 204v), Christopher (f. 208v); Roch (f. 210v), Sebastian (f. 212v), Leonard (f. 214v), Anthony (f. 218v); and 1 coloured woodcut of Raphael and Tobias (f. 206v).
