This file contains a small group of papers relating to H. G. Wells's dispute with the Fabian Society. The file is comprised of Fabian memoranda, drafts, and two typescript letters signed by H. G. Wells. Printed items include: 'Fables for Fabians. No. X - The Frog' (n.d.) (concludes: 'All's well that ends Wells'); and 'Faults of the Fabian' (1906), a printed transcript of a paper that Wells read at a Fabian Society meeting, 9 February 1906.
Also included is an auction slip from the Bonhams sale (2009), which describes some of the items found in this file.
