Issues 11 and 12 have supplements 11bis and 12bis. There is also a supplement (no. 2) after the issue 30.Some of the topics covered are: budgets and accounts; salaries, allowances, pensions, promotions of government staff; decree on the protection of children; some modifications in the penal and criminal codes and revision of the code of military justice; promulgation of various commercial agreements signed between France and other countries; instructions for the conduct of census operations in French India; rules on woman and child labour and on the security of labourers in French India; reorganization of the department of public works and mines and their personnel in the colonies; decisions relating to education (examinations, curricula, degrees etc.); several decisions of the Council of Administrative Litigation and the State Council; competitions for government jobs; nominations, transfers, leaves, etc; decree on the protection of public health in French India; creation of committees in Pondicherry, Karikal and Chandernagor for the monitoring of prices; approvals for the formation of various associations; legislative elections; convening of elected councils; dissolution of some temple management committees; price of arrack etc.; various taxes on businesses, vehicles, horses etc. The supplement of issue 30 containing commercial statistics has its own separate pagination (pages 1-36).

- Issues within the volume are arranged chronologically and by issue number. They were published every Saturday. A table of contents is provided at the beginning of every issue. The supplements are bound after the corresponding issues. The volume contains chronological, subject and name indices. The Chronological Index lists the orders chronologically and gives their dates and page numbers. There are separate lists for the metropolitan acts and the local ones. The Subject index is an alphabetical list of subject terms and gives the orders that pertain to that subject along with their dates and page numbers. The Name Index includes only the names of people that figure in the nominations, promotions, transfers etc. It is arranged alphabetically and gives the page number where the names are mentioned. The three indices are bound at the end of the volume. Issue 11 is wrongly paginated as pages 265-288 instead of pages 285-308.
