65 Kingsway was vacated finally by Kodak on 27 October 1972 with departments moving to 246 High Holborn. The building was purchased for £6.5 million by Gallagher Ltd. The company's registered office moved on the 6 June 1972 to Kodak House at Hemel Hempstead.
