- Scope & Content:
- The text is used for the church feast of St. Abunä Sälama, the Evangelizer and first bishop of Ethiopia ( the text is attested starting from the 19th century). The manuscript contains the Vita of Sälama and Miracles of Sälama, two fine miniatures (depicting the commissioner/donor, fol. 1v, and the Saint, fol. 2r), donation note. The book was owned by lejj (a title) Hagwäs Haylu who commissioned it and donated to Romanat (fol. 104v).
