Letters from the ward chiefs in Matsieng and general public to the Paramount Chief and Chief of Matsieng complaining about the issuing of bewis whereby in some cases bewis writers are refusing to issue bewis to certain individuals and also conflicts between ward chiefs and their bewys writers. There is also a circular from the Executive Secretary Maseru district council reporting about the lost bewys books.
