Despite the envelope's title--remember we are dealing with a tampered envelope--, it does not contain information on popular feasts and ceremonies but on the way the Argentines started to make use of their leisure time, this is, the envelope is about having fun. Some of these entertainments included amusement parks, circuses, merry-go-round and carousels, among other ways of the lower and middle classes entertaining themselves.
