- Description: Despite the title, this envelope contains information on the following subjects concerning the province of San Luis: schools, rivers and running water, cathedral and churches, police, the local Rural Society, parks and public squares, thermal waters, draughts, the local National School (or Colegio Nacional), the local Professional School (or Escuela Profesional) Mauricio P Daract, its Experimental Farm, various public mobilisations, the local school for the formation of teachers (or Escuela Normal), the theatre and social club, and the Buen Pastor Convent for orphaned girls. This handmade envelope contains sixteen stationary envelopes with the following materials: engravings, photos, newspapers’ and magazines’ articles and clippings.
