John Lennon letters

Two letters and one postcard from John Lennon. Details are as follows:
- Partial letter from Lennon to Stuart Sutcliffe, an early member of the Beatles and a friend of Lennon's from art college. It is believed to date from c 1962 and was given to Hunter Davies by John Lennon in 1967.
- Letter from Lennon to Hunter Davies relating to the biography of the Beatles which Davies published in 1968. Lennon asked Davies to remove certain details about his family.
- Postcard also to Davies and his wife, Margaret Forster, from Lennon and his first wife, Cynthia. The postcard was sent when the Lennons were in India in 1968.
