It is the commentary of the Feteha Negest (Law of the Kings) prepared in what is called bale meleket. It also includes another canonical books called fews menfesawi.
System of arrangement and physical characteristics: Bounded in wooden cover, in good condition. The measurement of the manuscript is 41.5x35x6.5 and the lines in each page is most uniformly 34.
