Arabic version of the Anaphoricus (Ἀναφορικός; في المطالع) by the astronomer and mathematician Hypsicles of Alexandria (Ὑψικλῆς; إبسقلاوس [here written إسقلاوس and إيسقلاوس]; first half of 2nd century BC), translated from the Greek by Qusṭā ibn Lūqā (قسطا بن لوقا; d. ca 912), revised by al-Kindī (الكندي; d. ca 873) and presented here in the edition of Naṣīr al-Dīn al-Ṭūsī (d. 1274).
The diagrams are collected on a fold out (f. 116r) following the text.
