- Maj. Gen. Bishnu Shumsher JBR was a son of Sri 3 Maharaja Chandra Shumsher. He died on 29 Jan., 1946 at Nassau, Bahamas. The album contains the picture of the bringing of the body of Bishnu Shumsher from Bahamas to Banaras and the rituals taken place in his funeral. (The cover contains a note – the album was made to reach to then Sri 3 Mohan Shumsher but for some reasons stayed with Madan Shumsher)
