The verso of p. 10 is numbered p. 1 ('Allegro moderato') and starts with the 4-horn fanfare of Appalachia. The remaining versos, which continue the Appalachia draft, are numbered: 2, 3, 7 (over-written as p. 6 on the recto), 8 and 10.
