- Description: Register of Deaths; Second Eastern District [16 Nov 1861-9 Mar 1864]. Extent of original material: 1 volume of 106 folios. Physical characteristics of original: The binding is broken; hence this is loose folios. The paper is brittle with most of the edges breaking off. The paper is very acidic and there is some mould and mildew damage. There is extensive iron gall from the ink which has eaten through the pages and obscures some of the verso pages.
