- Description: This is a list of 2250 Africans liberated from slave ships by the British Royal Navy between August 1815 and August 1816. Extent of original material: 1 volume of 293 folios. Physical characteristics of original: The volume has been rebound in cloth on boards and stamped in gold. It is spine-bound in red leather. It has extensive water damage throughout the whole volume, which partially obscures the lower part of the document. There is iron gall damage and mould throughout.
