- Description: This is a list of 2149 Africans liberated from slave ships by the British Royal Navy between November 1816 and February 1819. Extent of original material: 1 volume of 372 folios. Physical characteristics of original: The volume has been rebound in cloth on boards and stamped in gold. It is spine-bound in red leather. There is iron gall damage and some water damage. All of the pages are affected by foxing. Some have been subject to rodent damage. This volume requires treatment for water damage.
