- Description: Contains correspondance between the District Commissioner and Native Authorities in the district concerning brewing of beer. Native Authorities were beisng asked to submit names and location of beer halls in their areas and also adhere to Ordinance rules which stated when one could brew beer. i.e. brewing beer during harvesting time was not allowed as people were not working in their gardens and instead spend most of their time drinking Native Authority Headquarters or District Commissioners Offices: Native Authority Kachindamoto.
