A commentary by al-Ḥasan ibn Muḥammad ibn al-Ḥusayn Niẓām al-Dīn al-Aʿraj al-Nīsābūrī (الحسن بن محمد بن الحسين نظام الدين الأعرج النيسابوري; d. 1328 or 9) on the al-Tadhkirah fī al-hay’ah (التذكرة في الهيئة) a treatise on the astronomical system presented in the Almagest of Ptolemy (Claudius Ptolemaeus; c 90-c 168) by Naṣīr al-Dīn Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad al-Ṭūsī (نصير الدين محمد بن محمد الطوسي; d. 1274). The author's colophon states that the composition of the text was completed on 1 Rabī‘ I 711/18 July 1311 (f. 364v, written horizontally to the right of scribe's colophon, transcribed below). The text contains numerous diagrams, the most notable of which is a world map (ff. 294v-295r) that divides the first and second sections (فصلان) of the work.
The copy was completed mid-Sha‘bān 828/early June 1425 (see scribe's colophon, f. 364v, lines 10-11, transcribed below).

الحمد لله الذي جعلنا من المتفكرين في خلق الأرض والسموات
وشرّفنا بالنظر في هيئة الأجرام المبدعات فهدانا التفكر
في المصنوعات والتدبّر في أمر المدبّرات إلى وجود صانع
قديم وحكيم خبير ...
Ends (f. 364v, lines 1-11):
... وجعل ما لقيت في توضيح هذا الكتاب
من عرق الجبين وكدّ اليمين تبصرة للمتفكين في ملكوت
السموات والأرضين وتذكرة للمتأملين في عجيب صنيع
ربّ العالمين وسيله إلى يوم الدين وسبب الرضي
أرحم الراحمين فإن الأعمال بالنيات وبها تجلب
البركات وينال الدرجات والحمد لمبدع الكل
والصلوة على الهادي إلى أقوام السبل والسلام على
من أتبع الهدى والحمد لله أولًا وآخرًا
